This casual, spacious Norwegian seafood-focused dining destination comprises a seafood bar and retail market. It’s the brainchild of Frank Næsheim, founder and CEO of Snorre Food, which distributes quality coldwater seafood from Norway and around the world to restaurants and hotels in Asia. The name “FiSK” means “fish” in Norwegian. And the star here is this gleaming 18-metre-long display of seafood on ice in the market section. There are also two water tanks filled with live lobsters, crabs, oysters and scallops.
