Li Nanxing seems to be everywhere these days. Last month, the 56-year-old cooking enthusiast announced that he is selling his Curry Chicken and Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam Croissant at gourmet market Taste’s new bakery in Holland Village called Bakers & Co. And two weeks ago, he collaborated with Japanese ramen chain Ippudo on a Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam Ramen. If you haven’t had the chance to try the croissant and ramen, well, you can soon try recreating them at home with a bottle of Nanxing’s Dried Scallop Hae Bee Hiam. Say what?
