Creamed Spinach & Egg

Gather your clan for the Easter menu at this Bavarian eatery. It is offering a hearty a la carte European-style feast, which includes the Easter Platter ($118; feeds four to five pax) with one slow-cooked lamb shank, two pan-fried salmon steaks and Brez’n’s signature crispy pork knuckle. If you must have eggs for Easter, there is also the traditional German dish of Creamed Spinach & Egg ($15) served with oven-roasted potato and a pan-fried egg. Oh, and your kids can dine for free on Easter Sunday tomorrow too. Each order of a main course gets you a free item from the kids’ menu, such as the Kinderschnitzel (crispy breaded chicken cutlet with thick-cut fries and a small side salad).

Cut by Wolfgang PuckMeat up at this one Michelin star restaurant serving up a luxe three-course Easter Dinner ($600 for four pax), where you get to tuck into a 1.5kg Roasted USDA Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding and three side dishes such as Fried Pee Wee Potatoes (Dutch baby potatoes) and a Spring Pea Medley with confit bacon and a poached egg. The dinner also includes two of Cut’s signature desserts, like the Kaya Baked Alaska with coconut cake and sorbet, coffee crumble and pandan ice cream.
