This Hip New Pop-Up Steakhouse Is Offering Free Steaks On 2 March, And It’s Delicious

Clear your schedule for the evening of 2 March, ’cos new pop-up steakhouse The Feather Blade at Club Street is giving out free steaks. Yep, you heard right: free steaks, each portion a good 200g, sous vide to precise doneness, then seared for a bit of smoky char. While the people behind it can’t disclose exactly how many steaks they intend to give away, they say it will be “a considerable amount”. This publicity stunt will mark the launch of The Feather Blade pop-up steakhouse within Zui Hong Lou restaurant, which will run for eight weekends (Sat & Sun only) in March and April.
