The cuisine of Latin America is as varied and diverse as its peoples and landscapes, and soon, you’ll get to do a gourmet tour of this beautiful region right here in Singapore at the second of four MICHELIN Guide Singapore Gastrobar pop-ups, brought to you by the Singapore Tourism Board and Michelin Singapore. On March 9 and 10, one of Singapore’s most popular contemporary Spanish restaurants, OLA Cocina Del Mar, bursts out of its usual digs at the Financial District to bring the robust flavours of Latin America to the intimate surroundings of Junior the Pocket Bar at Ann Siang Hill.
