Karipap (Malay-style curry puff) is an underrated snack that deserves more love. The little crusty parcels, stuffed with spicy diced potatoes or sardines, are heavenly when eaten fresh out of the fryer. Circuit breaker has made it a bit trickier for us to go out and tapow some curry puffs when the craving strikes. But luckily, we have discovered an alternative at the supermarket — frozen karipap that we can store in our freezer and fry up anytime.
