This auspicious dish is served with an array of fresh ingredients, and tossed together with premium seafood (your choice of salmon or abalone) and homemade Yu Sheng sauce. Takeout portions are available in Small and Large sizes only.

Start the year right with good fortune on your side by indulging in a Pot of Goodies, good for six to 10 people. It features 12 ingredients from sea cucumber to dried clams, scallops, abalone and tiger prawns, all individually cooked, then carefully layered in a pot and simmered in umami stock for eight hours before serving. As cholesterol-laden as it sounds, the dish is meant to foster cohesion, unity and invite prosperity.

Huat to the New Year at PUTIEN’s latest addition at Jewel Changi Airport. For groups over seven, there will be four sittings at 4pm, 6pm and 8pm. For groups under seven people, the CNY menus will be served at 4pm, 5.30pm, 7pm and 8.30pm.
