Shake Shack Opening Third Outlet At Orchard Road
Burgers and milkshakes in the heart of town.
Here's something to look forward to after the Covid-19 situation settles down: American “fine-casual” burger chain Shake Shack has announced today (June 4) that it is opening its third outlet in Singapore, this time at Liat Towers along Orchard Road. The upcoming eatery, which will open in the “third quarter of 2020”, takes over American diner Overeasy’s former space (which is next to a Starbucks outlet and a gigantic Zara boutique). The chain had opened a second outlet at Neil Road just a few months ago n February this year, after setting up its first Singapore outpost at Jewel Changi Airport last year.
First al fresco outlet
What we know now: the Liat Towers outlet will be the first Shake Shack outlet in Singapore to have al fresco seating. It will also serve Shake Shack’s popular offerings like ShackBurger, milkshakes, Concretes ice cream cups, ‘Shroom Burger and Chick ‘n Shack, the latter a new chicken burger introduced at the Neil Road outlet.
Keeping in line with its support of the local arts scene, Shake Shack has also engaged Singaporean artist Danielle Tay to paint indoor and outdoor murals depicting iconic local sights such as Gardens by the Bay, Esplanade and Sentosa.
