Most folks know Nicholas Tse as an actor, singer and, erm, Faye Wong's beau and Cecilia Cheung’s ex. But in recent years he has also built a reputation for himself as Chef Nic, the F&B guru. Nicholas’ interest in cooking was said to have started in 2010, after he watched a pastry-making TV show and decided to try recreating the cream puffs and soufflés he saw on TV.

He has since developed his cooking hobby into a burgeoning food empire. Other than his own line of cookies called Chef Nic’s Cookies, Nicholas recently partnered McDonald’s Hongkong to create a special menu inspired by his favourite childhood Hongkong comfort food.
