A charming colonial bungalow tucked away in Seletar Aerospace Park is home to this multi-concept space consisting of smart mod European diner Summerhouse Dining Room, plus the more casual café and bar, Wildseed. It’s managed by the 1-Rochester Group. The Dining Room on the upper floor serves food made with seasonal produce, and the kitchen is helmed by a chef previously from Spanish restaurant Alma by Juan Amador. Start with an Uni Pasta ($16), interestingly topped with a scoop of soy sauce ice cream. Then work on a 72-hour sous vide Iberico Pork collar ($36). The garden-themed Wildseed cafe offers simpler fare, such as a hearty Pork and Kraut ($15) sandwich filled with pulled pork and sauerkraut, or a pretty Pea Flower Coconut Muffin ($6.50). There’s also a herb garden, florist and coffee roaster within the property.
