Kung Fu panda will love this Korean dessert

Kokopanda offers stylo-mylo black-and-white froyo.

This Korean import serves photogenic “superfood” desserts loaded with healthy ingredients like chia seeds and fruit. The shop’s mascot KoKo is actually a fun-loving panda who, um, apparently “fell in love with grains and started incorporating them into tasty desserts”. The takeaway froyo specialist offers three types of soft serve: the stylish charcoal powder-tinged Black Yogo blended with roasted coconut husk (charcoal’s apparent health benefits include ridding your body of toxins), KoKo White Cremo made from Korean milk and the KoKo Twisto, which combines both flavours. The soft serve parfait (from $4.50) comes in a cute panda cup, and you get to choose toppings like dried Jeju tangerine, fruit-infused jelly ‘caviar roe’ and KoKoPearls made from seaweed jelly (think bubble tea). There are also healthy drinks like ChiaChaCha ($3.60), a blend of chia seeds and coconut water.
