Irvins Salted Egg, the OG of Salted Egg Fish Skin chips, is returning to its restaurant roots with the launch of Irvins Messy Kitchen, which recently opened at Wisma Atria. The Messy Kitchen is a ‘2-in-1 concept’ selling Irvins' regular snack offerings as well as their new range of Messy Bowls, cooked-to-order takeaway bowls that are ‘zi char inspired.’ Irvins is taking their move into hot food so seriously that they’ve brought in the ex-head chef of Irvins Seafood (the zi char restaurant the brand cut its teeth on before fish skin world domination beckoned) to create the bowls.
