Prawn mee hawker Anson Loo, 41, has been running his own stall called Prawn Village for the past three years. He serves flavourful, comforting bowls of Penang-style prawn noodles which he had learnt to cook from scratch from a hawker in Penang. And now, he’s planning to wind up his labour of love to return to his former job in nursing, in a time where healthcare workers are needed on the front line more than ever due to the outbreak of Covid-19 (novel coronavirus).
