Now here’s a new burger joint with some serious culinary cred: Carne, opening in Singapore on 25 February, is helmed by Argentine chef Mauro Colagreco, whose restaurant Mirazur in France was awarded #1 on the S. Pellegrino World’s 50 Best Restaurants list. Mirazur also boasts three Michelin stars. The celebrated chef first opened casual burger bar Carne in Buenos Aires in 2015, and Singapore is the only country where he will have an outpost outside of Argentina (which has a total of six outlets). Carne (pronounced "car-neh", meat in Spanish) serves gourmet burgers starring sustainable ingredients.
