Keto dieters rejoice. The island’s first keto-friendly bakery recently opened for business and peddles cupcakes, buns and spreads made without sugar or carbs. For now, the bakery, which operates out of the kitchen at social enterprise The Happy Pancake Café in Orchard Central, only takes online orders, but owner and baker Janti Joso Brasali says that if all goes well, she hopes to open a café and central kitchen so that she can supply her gluten-free keto bakes to restaurants and cafes across Singapore.
