A four-course set lunch by British chef Kirk Westaway, who helms one-Michelin-starred fine European-British restaurant Jaan by Kirk Westaway at Swissotel the Stamford, will typically blow a $118++ hole in your wallet. But at his upcoming two-month “seasonal pop-up”, you can get his four-course lunch at $58++ per pax, albeit in a slightly different setting. Called A: Casual British: Summer, the pop-up starts from July 13 at mod cocktail bar Anti:dote, located at Swissotel’s neighbouring sister hotel Fairmont Singapore.
