There is also a dim sum station loaded with goodies like Har Gow (prawn dumplings) and Putu Mayam (steamed vermicelli with grated coconut and sugar), as well as more international stuff like Grilled Salmon Fillet with Teriyaki Sauce. For sweets, there’s a good mix of desserts including Muah Chee and Tiramisu Mousse Cake.

Spanish nose-to-tail eatery Dehesa collaborates with mod Western bistro Plentyfull for a two-night-only Mother’s Day dinner. You can also enjoy Dehesa’s signature Crispy Pig’s Head with an egg yolk and madeira wine reduction as a main. Meanwhile Plentyfull puts its touch on the dessert called Snicker’s Bar, which is served with wild berries sorbet.

There’s also a decadent Egg Raviole ($28) paired with sweet-savoury brown butter ice cream. Oh, and the restaurant, located on the rooftop of the CapitaGreen building in the CBD, offers a stunning view of the cityscape.
