On Feb 14, there will be a three-course dinner ($80 per pax) with bites like Smoked Citrus Cured Salmon Carpaccio with rose wine sorbet, Vanilla Parsnip Risotto and Black Forest Cake with Cherry Sorbet. If you’re all out to impress, there’s also a five-course menu ($128 per pax) where you can load up on two more courses such as the Roasted Spanish Mackerel with Lobster Tarragon (add $12).

This Spanish restaurant is housed at the colonial One Rochester space amid a lush garden. The restaurant is offering a “Te Amo” six-course dinner menu ($250 per couple) that features a creamy wild mushroom soup topped with shaved Ibérico ham and idiazabal, a buttery Spanish cheese, plus braised Wagyu Beef Cheek with celeriac, grilled lettuce and pomegranate. The set comes with two glasses of cava. For an even more extravagant evening, indulge in the Premium Valentine’s Package ($688 per couple; limited to four couples a day) with a private butler, free-flow cava and a bouquet of roses, on top of dinner.
