If you like fish soup, there’s a new eatery in town specialising in this comforting dish cooked Sichuan-style. Called Yu Zhong Bu Tong (a pun on the Chinese phrase for ‘out of the ordinary’), the food court stall with its own seats is opened by local fish farm Blue Ocean Harvest.
