At ABC Brickworks Market & Food Centre, one of the many stalls with a long queue is Tiong Bahru Yi Sheng Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee. It has a Michelin Bib Gourmand nod, which only served to make the line even longer at the stall. Some regulars have reported that the hawker, one Mr Soo, even took down his Michelin-awarded sign in order to manage the insatiable demand.
