Former Granite Mining Boss Turned Hawker Sells Jollibee-Style Chicken & Spaghetti At OMG Fried Chicken
Crispy fried chicken and spaghetti slicked in tomato sauce may be synonymous with Filipino fast food chain Jollibee, but local hawker brand OMG Fried Chicken offers its own spin on the popular pairing at its two stalls in MacPherson and Serangoon North.
The coffee shop stall also serves its fried chook with Hainanese-style chicken rice, along with snacks such as fried chicken skin and gizzards.
The man behind the stall, Roy Mah, 50, previously owned a granite mining company before becoming a business consultant. He had no prior F&B experience when he decided to give the food industry a shot.
