Ho Yun (Hong Kong) Tim Sum was a well-known hawker stall in Tampines St 41. It was run by one Mr Cheng, whom his regulars fondly call “Ho Gor” (Brother Ho in Cantonese). The 68-year-old has over five decades of experience in making dim sum, having worked at places like Marina Mandarin hotel and Marina Bay Country Club.
