Viral Mandarin-Speaking Indian Hawker Opens New Zi Char Stall With 2 For $50 Crab Promo

Malaysia-born hawker Devid Retanasamy, 39, usually surprises his customers when he speaks in fluent Mandarin and Cantonese. The longtime cook became a polyglot as he was adopted as a child by a Chinese family in Ipoh.
