Ben Yeo Sells Smoky Bacon Chee Cheong Fun With Michelin Star Restaurant Chef
A mod Singaporean offering with chef Han Li Guang of one-Michelin-starred Labyrinth.
Chee cheong fun may not be the first thing that comes to mind when it comes to Christmas dishes, but Ben Yeo hopes to change that with his new Smoky Chee Cheong Fun. The limited-edition creation is a festive collaboration between the actor’s CCF biz, Singapore Chee Cheong Fun (SGCCF), and one-Michelin-starred Labyrinth restaurant’s chef-owner Han Li Guang. The latter specialises in modern Singaporean flavours. Priced at $35, the festive set comes with 10 rolls of CCF, and five bottles of condiments and toppings: char siew sauce, bacon oil, sambal chilli, toasted sesame seeds and you tiao puffs.
