Yang Mi visits Hawick Lau at work amidst cheating allegations

Yang Mi and Hawick Lau saw their relationship thrust into the spotlight once again when allegations that he is cheating on her emerged earlier this month. The pair tied the knot in 2014 and has been plagued by rumours that their marriage is on the rocks on numerous occasions.

This time, Chinese entertainment programme I Am Paparazzi uploaded materials which they claimed to prove that he was having an affair with his co-star, Angel Wang. Among which was a video showing the pair entering her room and remaining there for up to four hours before Hawick returned to his room in the wee hours of the morning.

Many have jumped to the actor’s defence, including production staff who claimed that there were other cast and crew members with the pair and that they were discussing drama-related issues deep into the night so as to shoot the best possible project.

Another crew member has stepped forward with call records and claimed that Yang Mi visited the set recently. She continued that the pair looked close during her visit, which lasted for four hours, and that naysayers of their romance “can take a hike”.

While neither Yang Mi nor Hawick have confirmed her visit, many fans of the couple have left messages of support, with a majority of them declaring, “We trust you Hawick”.
