Ruby Lin dispels rumours of a bun in the oven
The singer-actress attended an event in heels and a fitted dress
After announcing their intentions to tie the knot at the end of the month, celebrity couple Ruby Lin and Wallace Huo have been dogged by rumours of a shotgun pregnancy.
The couple had only announced their relationship two months ago, and the unexpected wedding announcement and subsequent sightings of Ruby with what appeared to be a baby bump further encouraged the rumours.
Yesterday, the 40-year-old turned up at an event for her new drama serial, Singing All Along, along with her co-star, Chinese actor Yuan Hong.
Ruby wore a brightly-coloured dress and high heels, seemingly in an attempt to dispel the rumours of a shotgun marriage. The actress’s ‘baby bump’ was nowhere to be seen as well
The actress also happily revealed that preparations for her wedding are going well, but stopped short at revealing more about her wedding entourage.
When a reporter asked if she was afraid that “her high heels might affect the health of her unborn baby”, Ruby did not give a straight answer, and would only say, “Haven’t you seen how I’m dressed now?”
Ruby and Wallace are set to tie the knot in Bali, Indonesia with celebrity friends like Hu Ge and Nicky Wu confirming their attendance as of now. Fellow celeb pal Fan Bingbing has also shared that she’s helping Ruby to plan for her big day as well.
