Now here’s a duo we weren’t expecting to see. According to Sharon, she first met a then “seven to eight-year-old” Chantelle on the set of a drama she was shooting with the latter’s mum Lin Meijiao.

Despite their age gap — Sharon said the age gap between her and Chantalle is similar to Chantalle and Meijiao’s — the women got along just fine and Sharon, who is based in Paris, had a great time taking the young star around the city of love.

We guess this is fate? Ah Jie bumped into her You Can Be An Angel 4 co-star Hong Ling while out cycling in Yishun on her day off. She documented the unplanned meeting on IG and could be heard asking Hong Ling, who was filming her new drama, “What are you doing here?” in an amused tone.

… Malaysia-born Mediacorp hosts Juin Teh and Seow Sin Nee made the trip across the Causeway and back home to JB.

“We are ready…for traffic jam,” Juin quipped in her IG story, adding that she and Sin Nee were “stretching in order to prevent their legs from cramping up during the jam”. She also posed this question to her followers “Are you one of the first batch of people to return home too?”

With the longest-running local drama finally coming to a close after 854 episodes, the cast of Kin took to Instagram to post their farewells and behind-the-scenes footage.
