What better way to kick off the new year than with song and dance?

Nurul and Fauzie were among the artistes who performed at Gemilang, which was held at the Esplanade on Jan 1.

Nurul gushed, "Seven outfit changes were crazy but to be able to perform live on stage, with [an] audience? I didn’t realise how much I miss it till I was right there on stage itself. Felt surreal. My first day of 2022 was fantastic!"

Most of us counted down to the new year surrounded by our loved ones, but duty called for the 987 jocks, who hosted Let's Celebrate 2022 at the Floating Platform.

That gig also marks the start of Sonia and Joakim's two-month break from hosting The Shock Circuit so have a good rest, you two!

Andie, who is now in Singapore, could only celebrate the occasion virtually with his Taiwan-based wife Kate Pang and their two kids Aden and Avery.
