Faye Wong’s Ex-Husband Li Yapeng Announces He’s Married & A Dad Again
Yapeng, 51, and model Haiha Jinxi, 32, dated for two years before tying the knot.
So all the wedding and baby rumours are true after all.
Chinese actor-turned-businessman Li Yapeng, who split with pop diva ex-wife Faye Wong in 2013, has tied the knot again. And he’s become a dad a second time round too.
Yapeng, 51, announced his marriage with his model girlfriend of two years, Haiha Jinxi, 32, in a video on Weibo yesterday (Mar 14).
The 54-second clip features a montage of their wedding photos, with Yapeng dressed in a tux and Jinxi, who is of Nuosuo descent, in a traditional outfit. There was also a pic of their newborn baby clutching Yapeng’s finger.
He did not reveal the gender of the baby, or when the child was born.

Along with the clip, Yapeng also penned a poem to Jinxi: "You look at the parents and children who are waiting for the Yanran Angel Foundation's medical and rescue team, I look at you standing in the crowd, your eyes filled with concern and sympathy. In my eyes, I see our future together, one from the Gobi desert, the other from the Qingshan Mountains, join hands on the road of life. In the name of a new life, pray for peace in our country, world peace. Let's Love!"
Yanran Angel foundation is a charity founded by Yapeng and Faye to help children born with cleft lips. The ex-couple's 15-year-old daughter, Li Yan, was born with a congenital cleft lip, and had three surgeries to correct it.

Rumours that Yapeng and Jinxi are married began swirling in January after Yapeng was spotted dressed in a tux outside a Beijing studio. He also had a band on his left ring finger.
Earlier this month, the couple were photographed going for a prenatal checkup.
